Voresborn.dk is the top online parenting destination for pregnant women and parents based on the leading magazine Vores Børn published by Egmont Publishing.
Background: Egmont Publishing is a 20o year old media publishing company operating in 30 countries with a strong presence in the Nordic region. Owning magazines, tv station Tv2 ( Norway), Nordisk film, movie theaters, ticketsales, outdoor media and investing in eCommerce companies.
Scope of first project: Strategize growth potential and implement innovative digital business strategies for revenue, content, social and digital marketing concepts to increase user acquisition, time on site and revenue. Build a media content site and strengthen Vores Børn’s digital market share in Denmark. Project included analysis, strategy and implementation.
Scope of second project: Investigate and conceive business case for Nordic digital strategy in parenting vertical. Analyze Egmonts parenting position in Denmark and Norway. Investigate voresborn.dk and foreldre.no digital business for cross over potential and pitfalls for editorial, commercial, financial and technical aspects.

- Lead the ideation of a mobile first website for the #1 Danish children’s magazine voresborn.dk. Increased mobile traffic by 97% within 1 month of launch.
- Strengthen Vores Børn digital market share in Denmark by utilizing content, social and community driven solutions. Increased user by 500,000 after 6 months post launch.
- Utilize analysis for growth opportunities

Implemented digital strategies to increase cross over traffic from baby.dk to Voresborn.dk resulted in 300% from baby to VB and 200% increase from baby to VB.
